I've used it a handful of times over a period from October 21 2019 to August 1 2020. Less than a year. It died for no reason a few days ago, won't charge, won't power on, computer won't recognize it. After trying to troubleshoot it, I just gave up and filed an insurance claim. Definitely buy the Asurion Insurance for this device. Now I am unsure if I would even buy one of these again even though the insurance is reimbursing me all the money I paid for the device.
