It truly helps with hydration, balancing minerals, and nutrients. This is my go to when fasting it and I feel great. Sometimes your body doesn’t give you obvious signs that you’re deficient in a mineral, but drinking this regularly, you will start to see a difference whether it be energy, less irritability, less headaches/migraines, etc. I can drink a cup within 15 minutes when I feel a headache and migraine coming on and I can avoid a major one. There are too many companies that don’t choose the best ingredients even though they claim to be great for your health and that is not the case for the Redmond brand. No fillers, no sweeteners, only everything your body needs. Mixed berry, mango, and strawberry lemonade are my favorite.
