I was heartbroken and discouraged. My good friend who had success with IVF, swore by these vitamins. What did I have to lose? Nothing. My husband and I took the "Pregnacare his & her conception" steadfastly and about 2.5 months in, I became pregnant and that time, we experienced a happy ending! Was this what did it? Who knows, but it certainly didn't hurt! I will tell you that I had an excellent Naturopath Doctor look at these vitamins and he said they were pretty good but I could do better, so he put me on Thorne Vitamins which are much more aggressive in terms of helping your systems operate full steam ahead! Meanwhile however, my husband kept taking the Pregnacare. I recall not too long ago, reading reviews desperate for help so don't forget you are loved, you are strong and you are too smart to let stress seep in.
