Can it be polished? How easy is it to polish?** A: It is smith and can be polished easily I even ripped it in half and polished it after cutting it and it turned out clean and shiny. Turned the 1/4” thickness into two 1/8” plates with a hacksaw and smithed it out with a file and polished it down with files and steel will all the way to 16000 grit polish paper then on down to a leather strip with buffing compound.
