The only way these would work was with a Quick windows 10 format. After reformatting both I ran a backup using Macrium Reflect 7 Home. Plugged into a USB 3.1 slot, the average I/O performance was Read 3.7 Gb/s and Write was 9.17Mb/s. My SSD drive had about 500GB of data and took less than an hour to backup. A drastic improvement over the old HDD cases. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Worked "not so" perfect! *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 18, 2019* Worked perfect for what I needed it to do. Might try using it as a boot device.UPDATE: ceased working after one week. Kept getting disk read errors. Tried three different disks with same result.
