When I contacted the seller they said that they don't say max on them and the difference between the legxerciser models is internal on the machines. **Q: If it goes to fast can you slow it down or does it only go one speed** A: This product doesn't go fast but at a slow pace. There isn't a need to slow it down. It does have two options for speed but I feel the difference. **Q: What are the different speeds? Looking for something with multiple speeds** A: There’s slow and a tiny bit faster. It’s not a high speed item. The one thing I don’t like about it. I got it because it fits under my desk and my feet go back and forth rather than up and down so my knees don’t hit the top of my desk. **Q: Does it help with hips too** A: I doubt it it hurt my back.
