An easy to take fiber capsule for those needing extra fiber for health.
Being well into my senior years I have been taking fiber supplements along with my regular medication and other vitamin and mineral supplements. I recently ran out of the regular fiber brand of fiber I usually use and decided to try this product (Swanson Tri-Fiber Complex, 100 capsules-sold by Swanson Health Products) which I purchased on Amazon for a bargain price. I was very pleased with the quick service receiving this product in one day after ordering it. One of the reasons I decided to purchase this Swanson brand was that it had 3 different fiber types in the pills and wanted to determine if it made a difference.
