It’s been a staple for, wow, longer than I’m going to admit. I mix half water and half juice (or milk) and if I rinse the lid right before shaking there is hardly any clumping. Sounds silly, right? I prefer it to sit for a while - over night or for a few hours. It gets fluffier over time. If it seems gritty leave it over night. If it’s too thick add water and drink sooner after mixing. Vanilla in milk, vanilla in OJ, choc in milk. Choc in milk with espresso.
