NOW, THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE IS THE REQUIRED '3 SECOND PRESS' TO TURN THE UNIT OFF COMPLETELY. AT FIRST, I DECIDED TO JUST QUICK-TAP THE HEATING BUTTON TO TURN THE HEATER OFF AFTER USAGE, BUT BECAUSE OF THE WAY THIS BUTTON INTERACTS WITH THE 'HOLD HEAT' BUTTON, WHICH I ALSO USE, IT WOULD FAIL TO TURN THE KETTLE OFF. BUT I WOULDN'T NOTICE THIS, AND I WOULD SIT DOWN AND HEAR CRACKING NOISES FROM THE KETTLE AND REALIZE I HAD PUT THE EMPTY KETTLE BACK ON WITH THE HEAT STILL HIGH.
