Just a beautifully crafted chef knife with amazing feel. Best knife I’ve held in my hands.
So far this knife has exceeded all expectations, sharp as they come out of the box. Just such immaculate craftsmanship and feel. Holding this knife for the first time felt amazing, it is balanced and you can feel the quality of the knife by just holding it. I tested it on some paper and it cut it like butter, no effort whatsoever. I love wustof and they only have lived to their expectations. If you know someone who loves a chef knife and you want to spoil them, then this is the knife to do that. My god, what a piece of engineering brilliance this is. The vid of me cutting paper is straight out of the box sharpness, thanks to my wife who got me this long dream knife that I have wished for. Love you honey!

This is an amazing feeling and cutting knife…it is seriously sharp…feels balanced in hand and is amazing quality…

You will NOT regret buying this knife.
This knife was what I chose after a lot of research and reading. This knife completely surpassed my expectations. It cuts amazingly. It looks amazing. The handle feels like nothing I have ever experienced. You will feel in control of the knife and using it will come naturally. I MUST recommend you hone your knife before each use.

This knife is beautiful. Feels comfortable and balanced in the hand. Typical Wusthof edge. I'm not sure if I'd say it's worth double the amount the classic sells for but its definitely made with quality.

Das Messer liegt sehr gut in der Hand und es ist wirklich gut ausbalanciert. Auch optisch macht es einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Die Klinge ist scharf und bleibt das auch recht lange. Meine anderen Messer schärfe ich öfter. Der Preis ist natürlich saftig, dafür macht das Messer aber wirklich Spaß. Wenn es lange lebt, dann ist es sein Geld sicher wert. Ich werde nach und nach weitere Messer der Serie anschaffen.

Ich hab das Messer jetzt ca. ein halbes Jahr. Ich behandle es sehr pfleglich und es revanchiert sich mit Schärfe und Präzision. Bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf. Falls das jemand von wuesthoff liest: ich bevorzuge top Qualität und bin dafür auch bereit, Premium zu bezahlen. Bin zufrieden mit eurem Produkt.
