Review: Good quality refurbished desktop at a reasonable price - Excellent desktop at a reasonable price. I have bought two from Compuzone and each was in very good condition - you'd hardly know they had been used - no scratches or blemishes. Comes well packaged and protected. I'm no PC expert so I can't comment on the quality of the internals but they appear clean and like new. Lightening fast. Windows 11 pro pre-installed. Loads of usb ports - 6 on the back and 4 on the front. Two Display Port slots (but no HDMI slots) but they provide a Display Port to HDMI adaptor cable. No internal wifi but they provide a wifi usb dongle. The second one I bought would not boot. Rang Compuzone and immediately got through. Zack talked me through trying to boot up the PC over the phone but to no avail (apparently I needed a keyboard with a wired USB connection which I don't have). He promptly arranged for a replacement to be delivered and for the original PC to be collected at the same time. The replacement (exactly the same spec) arrived 24 hours later and booted up immediately. So full marks to Compuzone for customer service!

I messaged the seller and Zak soon got in touch. He said it was highly likely to be an issue with one of the sticks of RAM. Even though these were new, I know they can occasionally be problematic. He was most apologetic and offered to accept the PC as a return and redeliver it with the RAM changed, or to just send me the RAM if I was happy to change them myself. I was happy to do the latter as I've done it plenty of times in the past and is quite a simple task. Good to know they will do it for you if the customer is less tech confident. The RAM arrived, is installed, and the unit is working perfectly (I gave it a good week just to be sure before leaving this review). Overall, a really good product at a really good price, with exceptional customer service. I would have no hesitation from recommending.

**Q: Can this desktop run two monitors?**
A: Yes it can have three monitors

**Q: Does this have a dvd/rw drive**
A: My one did, but it blew up (literally) after 3 months so I got myself a proper desktop.

**Q: No hdmi and no wfi?**
A: Mine did come with a WiFi dongle and the spec does not say it has HDMI output. However you can fit the Nvidia 1030 2gb low profile video card, although not all have the low profile back plate. An Asus low profile back plate kit is available on Amazon. The Nvidia card has both HDMI and DVI outputs, you will need to disable secure boot before you fit it. This card is the only one Dell recommend, as other cards will draw too much power from the power supply. Currently Nvidia 1030 cards are available on Amazon for less than £80.00. As soon as you have your system loaded up with your software, make a system image and backup as a power failure can cause corruption resulting in boot failure. When I received my machine it looked brand new inside and out, and with the Nvidia 1030 2gb card installed it has proven to be a capable machine for a variety of tasks, video streaming included.

**Q: can you play games on it ? like cs:go or gta**
A: Fitting the Nvidia 1030 2gb low profile video card will allow you to play all but the most demanding video games, GTA should run well using this card. Note before installing one of these cards you need to disable secure boot and you may need an Asus back plate kit as not all cards come with the low profile back plate.

Excellent desktop at a reasonable price. I have bought two from Compuzone and each was in very good condition - you'd hardly know they had been used - no scratches or blemishes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good value for money Windows 11 PC.

Computer arrived promptly and was well packaged. However the keyboard and mouse were missing so I contacted the seller who apologised and agreed to send them out immediately. These arrived fairly soon but since using the mouse we had issues with the computer failing to open Chrome.This was rectified by changing back to a previous mouse. In all other respects the computer seems to be performing well
