Review: I would definitely recommend this particular hat for both the price and quality! Got this hat to wear for Halloween DYI costume, as a "helicopter-mom" to humor my freshman college daughter's embarrassment! It IS thinner fabric, but that's WHY I LIKED it! THIS hat also has an ADJUSTABLE BACK! I have a smaller head so most adult size baseball hats come down too far & push on my ears! This did not push on my ears! It was perfect for my size head. Plus it fit other party guests (with average sized heads) with no problem. (I also was not looking for a long term wearing, everyday hat!) It IS a novelty hat! Perfectly priced! The spiner on top was balanced perfectly & spun around nicely without any problems! It's a fun hat that can be enjoyed for multiple purposes now that I have it! Fun for family game nights, my grandsons love to put it on for play time!

**Q: If the item will not be in stock until 10/21, will we still recieve the item by Halloween?**

**Q: Mine looks nothing like the hat in the picture... It is a thin flaky hat with a Velcro strap in the back, not elastic. The propeller is also silver?**
A: The one I received was made of very flimsy fabric & had a red plastic propeller.  It did look similar to the picture, but very cheep looking. I didn't really care because it was a gag gift.

**Q: Does sold by 2 mean I get 2? Or I have to buy 2?**
A: Right you only get one ,but its always good to Buy-2

**Q: About what is the circumference of the adult hat? I'm not sure if I'm in the "one size fits most" range.**
A: The adult size hat I received did not fit my 10 year old or any of the 25 other 10 year olds in his class. This is too small & would not fit an adult either.  I don't have the exact measurements as we had to return it.
