**Q: How do I contact i claim my warranty?**

**Q: Why am i not able to set one timer while another one is running? If i press "Time" while one timer is running, nothing happens.**
A: I can run multiple times on mine. For example say number one is set at 4:00 min. And number 2 is 3:00 min. It will let me run both timers at the same time.

This timer is one of the best we've had. It's easy to use once you get how it works, (the directions are terrible), and the format is great. It's also very sturdy.
