It has a large clasp and three pockets. There's one hidden pocket on the back where I like to put my cell phone and the two pockets on the front are perfectly sized for the necessities and more. It is a great quality product. It doesn't feel cheap at all. The fabric is good with really bright color. I bought the yellow one. The stitching is good quality as well.
