I feel like this item would be even better if it had the dual connectors to reduce the wiggling. The wiggling has caused issues with the hub staying in place, and it is quite noticeable since I use it to connect to a larger monitor. If the connection were as substantial as my Apple type C cables, that would be amazing.Another note, the hub is the smallest bit thicker than my laptop. So that concerns me when it is sat down on a level surface (which goes back to the fact that it wiggles).I do apologize for the lack of photos. I tried to have accurate descriptions. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Its oookay but some problems have been occurring. *by N***. on January 16, 2018* The product is fine , i ve had it for a month now seems to work fine. I have a macbook pro , both usb inserts are located right next to each other , I cant charge my laptop because the device covers both holes. So i can only use one thing at a time also I feel like sometimes the internet seems to be effected by this , my signals go very low and internet stops working until i take it out. So i don't know I would recommend buying a wire one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ FIRST unit I bought was loose & fell out of the port – manufacturer replaced with an excellent hub I now can recommend. *by W***R on November 9, 2017* UPDATED--SEE BELOW. Works perfectly...but only when carefully positioned with the MacBook. Its single point of attachment is its USB plug, leaving it to wobble lose way too often.UPDATE: THE MANUFACTURER VERY KINDLY SWAPPED OUT THE UNIT AND I'M QUITE SATISFIED. Maybe the way I was using it caused the loose connection via the USB-Port, but absolutely no problems with this replacement and now I recommend. In general, I think hubs either need a two-USB-C mating to the MacBook Pro, or be on a cable. I like the several functions that the hub handles, freeing up my laptop;s ports.
