For the price I feel like I hit the jackpot. The package contains everything you need to install the camera (including clamps to run the wire along the windshield and the tool to hide the wire in the trim). The included link to the YouTube installation video makes the process easy. The camera picture is very clear on both the interior and exterior (I could actually make out license plate numbers in my playback.. something I could not do with my last camera) The added rear camera is definitely a plus giving the added protection of rear recording.The dash cam is user friendly and does not require you to be tech-savvy to operate it. Videos playback right on the camera or you can plug it in to a computer. I think for the price this a great camera. The only thing I would have liked as an option is the ability to connect the camera via wifi to watch live on a phone or tablet. Still a great camera!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Surprised At The Quality *by C*** on December 20, 2023* First time getting a dashcam. Did a lot of research and decided to try the low-cost versions first. I expected to have the video not clear and maybe an issue with the recording, or just something. Installed this on an Audi A6, which took some effort to get the rear cam cable ran. Then just run the power cable from the outlet, under the dash, up the A-pillar, and across the front of the headliner until it gets to the camera. Still not bad at all for install, and setup was easier than that! I let it run for a few days and check the card to see what errors and quality level there is. All three cameras record clearer than I even thought possible, given their sizes. I was even surprised at the audio quality. That reminded myself to not be weird in the car anymore. I'm only irritated about the short videos being individual "files", but that's only because I suck with technology. I've now had this over a year and it still runs flawless. The ONLY negative about this whole system is the slot for the suction cup on the top of the camera loosens up in southern hot summers. That causes the whole camera set to fall off onto the dash, or wherever the cables permit. It dropped a few times and now the inside camera is jacked up. Absolutely my fault for not supergluing it after the first time. About to buy it again, this time supergluing that slot before I even suction to the windshield. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dash Cam *by L***Y on October 14, 2024* The media could not be loaded. I got this last year during the black Friday event but only just installed it a few months ago. My brother installed it for me so he did a good job at hiding the wires as he has experience working on cars & running wires for stuff like this. If you know someone, I definitely recommend having them help you install it. The camera works great. I loved that this one had the rear camera as well. The only reason I didn't get it a 5 star, is because of the way the camera connects to the suction base. I added a photo & video. I really wish there was some sort of "locking" mechanism when you put the camera on the base. Instead you just line up that rectangle piece and slide the camera to the left. The problem with this is that while you're driving, the vibrations will cause the camera to move. It's slow but one it's moved out far enough, it falls off that base and the only thing that saves it from falling are the two wires plugged up. Since I've have it installed, it's fell off the base 3 times while I'm driving. If there were a way it locked on the base, this would be avoidable. I just had the whole thing (suction base as well) fall off the windshield. There was condensation under the suction pad so I just had to clean the area again to get it put back up there. It'd be best to just remember to clean under it every so often so it doesn't fall off while driving. So all in all it's a fantastic camera, there's a park & record option. I really liked that and it's part of the reason I got it in case I wanted to use that feature. There's another cable you need for your car in order to use that though, it's not included in the box.
