I wish I would have just giving up and returned it before the return deadline. Now I am stuck with it. I use a bluetooth all the time but I wanted something smaller that could be hidden by my hair. This easily falls out of my ear and never feels secure, even with 3 different sized ear pieces. People have a hard time hearing me if I am moving or if there is any background noise even if very slight. The lady robot voice is annoying and has an accent I am not used to. She talks way too much and gives me commands for answering or ignoring incoming calls repeatedly. It does not automatically reconnect to an already paired device. Magnetic charging unit doesn't always connect properly and so you think it is fully charged but still dead. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Awesome concept but the static is distracting *by N***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 12, 2017* I like this earbud a lot. It's super small and charging was a breeze. I have noticed a static noise though when the device is paired but no music is playing. I don't notice it really with the music on, but I do pick up on it again if I'm listening to voices, like when I'm listening to an audio book. I'm not sure if this is a normal occurrence, but it's the only negative I have so far.
