I take a half dropper on empty stomach 2-3 times a day so that it goes directly into my blood stream. I recommend when trying a product do it in isolation apart from other products for at least 2 weeks to determine its effects on your body. I will write an update on this product in June when I return to the Dr. to see if it has helped my immune system dissolve my 2.5cm internal uterus fibroid and small cyst.
