I purchased a kit, dismantled my iphone and put it all back together only to find the screen had a wonderful clear image but the touch digitizer didn't seem to work. I tried reassembling it a couple times to see if I had done something wrong, and then reached out to Ursend for suggestions. They didn't hesitate to replace it with a fresh kit, and when I put the second screen in it worked flawlessly. I feel very intimately acquainted now with the innards of my 4s, having taken it apart and reassembled it multiple times by now, and am very grateful that for under $20 I can repair a device that would have cost me four times as much to have some "pro" do. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Value. *by T***P on Reviewed in the United States on September 24, 2017* After my iPhone 4s got ran over by a car I was left with a shattered screen, but it still worked! I asked a local phone repair shop and they wanted $45. Lo and behold URSEND had it for ~$14.The screen was packaged well and sent fast. The screwdriver included was great to have.After installation powering the phone up, I noticed that the display wasn't as vivid as before; appears dull. It is an older back up phone for me so it isn't a huge deal. ### ⭐ DO NOT BUY!!!!
