How much strength is required to operate it?** A: I'm of the opinion that significant strength is required to operate this ice crusher. You need good right-handed arm strength to turn the handle with a full load of cube ice, and, strong left-handed arm strength to hold the unit down in place on your counter. In all honesty, this 5-star product is not for a weak individual, as evidenced by the fact that my spouse is unable to operate it due to limited hand-arm-torso strength. That's my honest opinion. **Q: Does this item give crushed or shaved ice.** A: Dear Stephen, Thank you very much for taking the time to ask a question about our Ice Crusher. Please know that our Ice Crusher makes crushed ice. We do hope that this information will be helpful and that you will choose to purchase our Ice Crusher. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We are happy to assist you anyway that we can. Kind regards, Christine Innovee Group Support **Q: What are the dimensions of this product?** A: 10" tall and 6" wide **Q: Does anyone have experience with any rust in this Innovee ice crusher? Other brands have small screws that inside the blade compartment.** A: Yes! I am just returning this. There us rust on the rod that holds the blades. I only used it for just over a month. Ice was great, rust is not. I noticed a little bit a week ago and scrubbed it with a brush. A few days ago, I wiped the tray with a tissue and the water that dripped after use was brown. ## Frequently Bought Together - Nuvantee Manual Ice Shaver - Stainless Steel Snow Cone Maker, Non-Slip, BPA Free - Syruvia Snow Cone Syrup 12.7oz - Blue Raspberry Syrup For Shaved Ice, Snow Cones, Slushies, Italian Soda, Popsicles.
