I've only been taking one pill a day, just to see how my body reacted. I have/had an estrogen dominance, and was having various issues. After a few weeks of taking it I felt that things were stabilizing and the biggest issue I was having cleared up. I unintentionally stopped taking it after I forgot to bring them during vacation, and at first I thought it'd be fine, but soon was having issues with digestion/constipation. Everyone is different, but for me this was an issue with my estrogen dominance. As soon as I got home and started taking it again everything was fine again. It does make your urine orange of you don't hydrate well, so don't be freaked out if that happens.
