I can use it for random stuff during the day in my pack and at night I can switch in softer contents and use it as a pillow. Yeah it worked, but the material on the bag was far from comfortable. Then I found the MHM stacker pillow and the soft pillow side that was missing from my slumber. I've tested it out on a cot, on the hard ground, on a pick-nick table, in a hammock, and even in the cargo cabin of the aircraft I fly. In each case it provides just the right softness my nugget needs. Size-wise I like it because it fits nicely on top of my other compression stackers in my pack.
