A tip from the product creator (that is not printed on the current packaging recipe) is to add the liquid blend (water / yeast / honey) to the mix SLOWLY and knead until you have a clay-like texture. You may not need all of the liquid to achieve the right consistency. My first batch of dough was runny and a little hard to work with, but I think this helpful tip from the owner of the company will totally fix the problem! These bagels are delicious—crisp and golden on the outside, with a slightly sweet, warm doughy center.
