First of all I bought the whole set and accessories so I can make ice cream too for my child. Very creamy and tasty. 1. Delivery and customer service was amazing including prompt support. 2. I followed the exact recommended instructions before first time usage. I don’t have bread sticking to the pan. Never has it happened. It slides out smoothly and with ease. I bake like once a week so it’s good. 3. I would not recommend making jam even though you can. It causes tough stain and patches hard to remove on the cover of the machine. Just use the stove for that. 4. I use it to make sourdough bread. It’s the best. 5. Cake I have not tried as I am not a cake fun. Overall I am very satisfied with the bread maker.
