WORKS FOR 2018-2019 MODEL LG TVs
Product works as described. Although its an AN-MR20 model remote it DOES work with a 2018-2019 model LG TV. This is the 8th remote I tried and finally someone who is correct in their description! Thank you

Not what I expected
Volume buttons are sticking and you'll got maximum or minimum at the touch of a button. Pointer doesn't work. Stay away from this. The worst part for me is threw the old one and I am stuck with this one.

Poorly functioning
Hello all, This remote is a poor excuse for a remote. It feels cheap and brittle. The tabs for the battery tray fell off almost immediately. The worst part is it would often do multiple (dozens) button presses when pressing buttons. This made the volume sky rocket when trying to turn it up or the channels would just start running through. The first one I got didn't even work and needed to be returned. Worst of all this multiple button press behavior would often happen when the remote was laying about and the tv was off making the batteries die. I have had the item for but a few months and it just burned up my third set of batteries. This is also not a one off experience. I bought these remotes for all three tvs in my house. I totally regret it as they all do the same thing. I have switched back to the old remotes. Total waste of money.

SCAM.
Did not receive a AN-MR18BA LG remote. Got some china crap that looked the exact same but didn't have any of the functions that I had with my original remote. Total garbage.
