**Q: Are they frozen when received?**
A: All are frozen and delivered in great condition

**Q: What types of dumplings are they,& is anything else included in the order,sauces etc.**
A: no sauce

**Q: what ingredients and products of each variety and number  ?**
A: Various dim sum with pork and shrimp.  It was awful.   It had a very fish taste to it.  After one serving, we thru the entire  bag of product away.

**Q: Which 3 dim sum items do you get? TIA**
A: I received Seafood Shumai, Shrimp Shumai and Shrimp Hakao. They are ok. In the ingredients one of the top 3 ingredients says fish meat for the Shrimp Shumai and Hakao. The assorted box is good for a party.
