The one year warranty on the collar makes this product worth its cost. One of the chains on the collar got stuck on a display case at a pet store, which led to the chain bending. My trainer noticed the faulty chain and told me to contact for a replacement. Herm and Derek Good are both extremely quick to respond to my replacement request, which was unexpected from an Amazon shop. I am grateful for the amazing customer service experience.
