Of all the paddles I've tried, it seems to fit my style best. But a while back, Killerspin discontinued the N1 in favor of the N2, so I bought a couple of N2s. Honestly, I can't tell the difference. They appear to use the same composite blade and Nitrx-4Z rubbers. The N2 might be very slightly heavier (but there's always some variation in supposedly "identical" paddles). Killerspin does rate their performance slightly differently: the Jet 800 N2 has a control rating of 7.5 and a speed rating of 9, while the Jet 800 N1 has a control rating of 8 and a speed rating of 9.5. Honestly, at my skill level, I can't tell any difference in the way they play.
