A: They are pretty long and an reasonable size, I may not be exact but maybe 3 feet or a little more

**Q: Whats lenght of each band**
A: About 12" I'd say

A: It is a very small one with about 8 ideas on how to use them.  Can't be any larger than 4X6 inches.  Not overly helpful but you can get plenty of options from internet.  The bands are fine.

**Q: Are these bands really latex free?**
A: Yes they are!
