Great workbook for folks traveling to Italy. I have been using it as part of a course with an instructor in preparation for travel. Provides good information re language, culture, and communications while traveling.  It is all in Italian including instructions for exercises.  There is an English reference tool at the back of book.  Highly recommend an Italian Dictionary or phrase book to supplement lessons for first timers.
