I'm currently on modified duty for an extreme case of tennis elbow. I needed something to help with the pain aside from liver damaging meds. I talked to my chiropractor and my physical therapist handling my injury from work. They both advised to find something that spread compression over an area rather than an inch wide tennis elbow strap as that kind of piches at a point which evidently can create a bigger problem. I have larger forearms(16-17 inches)so the typical tennis elbow strap if it's one that fits. It barely does and when winched up feels uncomfortable.So I found the Tuff Togs. First let me say it's nice that you aren't forced to wear a super bright color. The straps are nice and wide but getting them in the two different lengths is great. I bought two sets as I was t sure if the shorter would work better around my forearm or if I would want to wrap from below the elbow to above it. With the stuff Togs you have options. I wore the shorter one to my Fire Station the day after receiving. Even though I'm on modified duty and not driving the rig to fires, motor vehicle accidents etc. I had to finish frying up 20lbs of fried chicken as the Truck, Pumper, Chiefs buggy and ambulance all left for a fire. I had felt sharp shots of pain in my elbow just from closing my fist. So over an hour I spent rolling chicken in batter picking up with tongs and dropping in fryer and retrieving without issue.This long and drawn out story and review is meant to illustrate that for someone that might end up needing my elbow scoped these straps have been such a lucky find. They allow you to spread compression rather than pinch a small spot. The day I had to finish up dinner at the fire station I wore the strap without adjusting from 6am that morning til 8pm that night without any discomfort. I forgot it was there. The thickness of the straps are such that of you have a dressy job or engagement you could wear these underneath your long sleeved shirt or dress pants for knees or thighs etc. and the Velcro strip is just as wide as the strap AND doesn't come loose until you manually pull it off.I would recommend these to any athlete, weekend warrior, person just trying to stay fit or anyone with pain in muscles or tendons. Great product and extremely cheap compared to similar products from other companies AND this particular versatile type strap(from my search on the internet), is very hard to find. If you do find something similar it's real thick and cumbersome with bright colors.Just a great tool. And, when I heal up I'll be able to use these during my workouts. Calf wrap, knee wrap, upper arm, elbow thigh etc. whatever area you might need support with or working out while a little tender you can lighten the load and prevent aggravating using these wraps. The product was as described and arrived on time. Since I've gotten them, I've only used the 60" wrap so far. I've been wearing it at the gym for tendonitis in my elbow. I really like the way it fits and feels. It alleviates the pain while I'm working out. 4 stars right now because I haven't used the 32" wrap yet. Used them for compression on a pulled quad during a softball tournament. They were comfortable and stayed on while I needed them.
