Review: Brilliant folding table in lovely walnut effect, assembly required, recommended - This is a brilliant folding table which we have for general purpose use in the living room. It arrived in a cardboard box and was protected with polystyrene packaging. The table was in many pieces so it could be assembled, and each piece was in a plastic bag. The instructions were clear and easy to understand as each piece was individually lettered. There was an allen key included but you need a screwdriver too (I was able to use a good manual screwdriver). It took me about an hour working slowly to fully assemble the table on my own. It was easy to assemble but just check which way round the hinges are fixed to the wooden table, as it is possible to screw them on the wrong way. The top of the table has a lovely detailed walnut wood-effect pattern, and the legs are black metal. Both the side legs fold inwards, and the wooden top folds down. It is easy to then move around when folded. When fixed up, it appears sturdy and does not wobble (I have it standing on a carpet). The top of the legs clip into a rubber attachment on the underneath of the wooden top, which means the legs are kept sturdy and cannot move. The table certainly seems solid and could take some weight, but I don’t know how much weight exactly. We are very pleased with this table as it looks brilliant, it can be used for a variety of purposes, and it folds down when not in use. Definitely recommended.
Review: Solid Folding Desk, great choice for those who WFH in a non permanent location. - I bought this desk in 2023 and it's still going strong today (June 2025). The quality of the product isn't anything super premium, but for the price, it's more than adequate. As a result of that, the desk is super light and easy to tuck away in the corner of the room when it's not being used, meaning you're saving space! (Not that it's particularly big anyway) I would recommend that there be a couple more hinges added to the centre of the desk as mine did bow a little where my laptop was. But I did a little DIY to sort that. For the price of this desk, I recommend it. It ticks all the boxes for a functional, folding desk.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Would a monitor arm attach to the back of this or would the metal frame get in the way?**
A: The back of this folding table only has 2inches of tabletop before the drop leaf part. Underneath that 2 inches of wood there is all the metal frame work.  I don’t think this table would be study enough to attach anything to it. I hope this helps.

A: Yes

**Q: Will it fit under a sofa when folded (sofa has 7cm underneath)**
A: It should do

**Q: Will it support growbag weighing 30 litres when full (presuming means holding tomatoes, soil & moisture)?**
A: I would.of thought so it's seems sturdy enough. I make leather products on it and I'm constantly hammering hole punches etc and it seems strong enough

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant folding table in lovely walnut effect, assembly required, recommended

This is a brilliant folding table which we have for general purpose use in the living room. It arrived in a cardboard box and was protected with polystyrene packaging. The table was in many pieces so it could be assembled, and each piece was in a plastic bag. The instructions were clear and easy to understand as each piece was individually lettered. There was an allen key included but you need a screwdriver too (I was able to use a good manual screwdriver). It took me about an hour working slowly to fully assemble the table on my own. It was easy to assemble but just check which way round the hinges are fixed to the wooden table, as it is possible to screw them on the wrong way. The top of the table has a lovely detailed walnut wood-effect pattern, and the legs are black metal. Both the side legs fold inwards, and the wooden top folds down. It is easy to then move around when folded. When fixed up, it appears sturdy and does not wobble (I have it standing on a carpet). I bought this desk in 2023 and it's still going strong today (June 2025). The quality of the product isn't anything super premium, but for the price, it's more than adequate. As a result of that, the desk is super light and easy to tuck away in the corner of the room when it's not being used, meaning you're saving space! (Not that it's particularly big anyway) I would recommend that there be a couple more hinges added to the centre of the desk as mine did bow a little where my laptop was. But I did a little DIY to sort that. For the price of this desk, I recommend it. It ticks all the boxes for a functional, folding desk.

Good value, instructions were pictorial so that made it easy, all components were marked with letters so easy to identify, fasteners in individual bags again identified by letters so made it easy to assemble A little bit wobbly but I haven't fastened it to a wall so will be fine once I do, Foldable so storage when not in use will be great
