Read & follow all label directions before use. Review: Versatile and quality absorption - I hang these on the back of the passenger side seat of my car. The winter and humidity is so hard on vehicles in Alaska. These help keep my car fresh and moister free. I was having freezing on the inside of my windshield and these seem to really make a difference. Make sure you keep an eye on them and change them out appropriately. They will fill up in high humidity locations. Sometimes the beads that absorb the moisture clump and I just gently break them up by hand and they keep working. They have a nice smell but the moisture absorption outlasts the smell. These are also great for closet spaces! I keep one hanging in the laundry room for freshness! Review: I have been purchasing these for years. - I use this product all of the time. Great where there is any signs of dampness. I think a little on the high side of price but I love it. Helps keep area dry from dampness. Takes the damp smell away. I use in my basement closets and my small garage. I have never had a bag leak. The little pellets turn to water, that’s how you know it’s doing its job. When the pellets are gone and the bag is full of water I just cut a hole in the the bag and let the water drain into the toilet. It really does help prevent mold. You also have to keep the area clean as well to help prevent mold. ## Features - DON'T JUST COVER UP ODORS, ELIMINATE THEM: DampRid Lavender Vanilla Hanging Moisture Absorbers attract and trap excess moisture from the air, eliminating musty odors and creating fresher, cleaner air. We live in a humid area - one filled up in about 3 weeks in a closet. **Q: Is this over three dollars more than Target so prime members end up paying for shipping?** A: It’s convenient- no going out- ships to your door! **Q: Will this remove damp/humid odor from clothes been stored in a closet for a year?** A: No. It will absorb current moisture...and once you clean your clothes, if you keep this product in that closet you will alleviate the odor from happening again... **Q: Why is the water blue on all photos but clear when used?** A: Not sure... but all of the pictures are created, not actual photos. Maybe the clear water was not as vivid as they'd have liked ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Versatile and quality absorption *by O***H on September 29, 2026* I hang these on the back of the passenger side seat of my car. They’re perfect for smaller spaces like closets and the laundry room where moisture tends to build up. I noticed they started collecting water fairly quickly, and the space felt fresher after just a few days. The Lavender Vanilla scent is light and pleasant—not overpowering—and helps keep the area smelling clean. They’re easy to hang, mess-free, and last a good amount of time. If you’re looking for an easy way to reduce excess moisture in small spaces, I definitely recommend these. ## Frequently Bought Together - DampRid Lavender Vanilla Hanging Moisture Absorber, 16 oz., 3 Pack - Eliminates Musty Odors for Fresher, Cleaner Air, Ideal for Closet, 14% More Moisture Absorbing Power* - DampRid Refillable Moisture Absorber, 11 oz., 6-Pack – Fresh Scent Moisture Absorbers, 10% More Absorbing Power*, Eliminates Musty Odors for Fresher, Cleaner Air - DampRid Hi-Capacity Moisture Absorber Bucket, Fragrance Free, 2 lb. 15.5 oz. & Moisture Detection Strip (2 Pack), Attracts & Traps Excess Moisture --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/416356930-damprid-lavender-vanilla-hanging-moisture-absorber-16-oz-3-pack](https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/416356930-damprid-lavender-vanilla-hanging-moisture-absorber-16-oz-3-pack) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Kingdom* *Store origin: GB* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
