I had the same experience. Obviously some people can get it to pick up their eye blinks, but after many hours of trying with the tip in every position imaginable, I got it to register my eye blinks once, and that was briefly. Couldn't get it to work on my wife's eyes either. If you got it to register your blinks, keeping the tip in that position relative to your eye with the ear gel and strap seems almost impossible. I watched the help videos and read the suggestions on the web site, but to no avail. At this point I would say purchase is a gamble; it may work for you, but there is a good chance it will not. Hopefully they are working to improve the product, in which case it might be prudent to wait for the Mark II version. It's a needed product, and I would be willing to pay more for something that worked, but the only similar device I found were glasses from Australia that cost $4,000 which seems a bit pricey. ### ⭐⭐ Great if it works *by J***J on Reviewed in the United States on April 19, 2016* This product does what it claims to be able to do, but not for everyone. I had a really difficult time getting it to fit my face, and even with lots of emails for support it still doesn't work for me. The product is not going to fit everyone, particularly if your eyes and ears are not at the same level and/or farther apart. If you can find someone whom it does fit, they will enjoy this product during any lengthy commute or tired commute to/from work.
