### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great beginner herbalism book!

I love Rosemary Gladstar's books! A local herbalist who is also an author teaches her own classes and recommends Rosemary Gladstar's books. When I let her know at a farmers market that I was interested in starting to learn about herbalism she told me to check out her books. I first bought the Medicinal Herbs Beginners Guide and devoured it! I marked it up with 4 different highlighters and also used a bunch of the post it flags to mark things to re-visit. After that book I needed to learn more! I particularly have issues with stress and anxiety and this book is perfect to tell me what I should do to help things, naturally. Please keep in mind this book is from the "Basics" line of books so it isn't very thick, and honestly it shouldn't need to be. Its a pretty specific book, but has a TON of information packed into the pages!
