A staple for my tea pantry. I like to blend 70 percent of this green with 30 of a stellar white tea from Nepal. The simple blend keeps the fragrance of the green tea but adds the white tea's "plain" tea taste and scent. The blend makes a good thing even better. I went with 180/3 since green tea can typically cope with such a steep. Delish!
