## Questions & Answers

**Q: What can I buy to fill it? Socks and clothes are not doing the job.**
A: Cut shirts, jeans, sheets, etc into sections of 100 sq. in. or smaller.    This will permit a tight pack.  I used a baseball bat to ram the small wads into the legs and arms.  Pack it tight.   After a while the fabric will shift and pack more in places.   Ram arms & legs again.   And pack back & head with more remnants.

I used various sizes.  2 x 20, 5 x 20, 10 x 10.  Ripped down the seams when possible.  Started a cut with scissors and tore the rest by hand.   Wad up like a paper wad and stuff tight.

**Q: How many 20 pound boxes of poly-fil does it take?**
A: It took us 1 box to fill it up.

**Q: Which parts have bendable joints after filling?**
A: All joints are bendable. However, limbs were hard to fill. Maybe that’s whey they were so bendable. Limbs were too narrow to fill the hands and feet.

**Q: How do i flexe the dummy into a standing position ??**
A: I don't think you can. It's in a down position. You'd have to fill it with something rigid to do that, which would limit it being used as a wrestling dummy.

Great training partner. I've had it for a while now and its still holding up. Its a perfect size for me and my son. We both train in BJJ and the size is perfect. I filled it with cut up old clothes that don't fit. Make sure you have a lot because it takes a lot of filling. The shoulder area is a little funky but you can still practice most moves.
