I bought two of these candles because of the reviews.  I was expecting too much.  I bought the deep clover one and the clean crisp white.  While they smelled nice the smell wasnt as strong as I expected. I live in a tiny condo and the only time I could smell anything from these candles was when I walked past them. I've had much better luck with a cheaper candle from department stores. Even yankee candles have a stronger scent.  On the plus side the candles look nice and they were packaged very well.

I was v. unimpressed with some of the fragrances, especially Squid Surprise and Old Man's Cadaver.Who the heck wants their house smelling like some elderly fisherman died there last week?Also, an electric bulb works better at lighting a room and is way cheaper to run.

I have tried a ton of candles out there- and these are the BEST by far.  They are well worth the $25 price tag.  The scent throw is amazing and the fragrances are really unique.  One candle can fragrance your entire home.  I always get a ton of compliments whenever these are lit.  They are heavily scented (in a good way) and burn for about 45-50 hours.  I also appreciate the simple glass jar.  The box makes a great presentation as well.  If you can't tell, I think Votivo has it going on...My favorites:Red Currant: Lush, fruity berry with a tangy kickSoku Lime: Pucker up baby, this one is fresh and zestyVanilla Grapefruit:  Sweet and savory blend of sugared grapefuitTeak: This one reminds me of my husband, warm and sultryWild Orchid: I'm not big on floarls, but this is a nice alternative- perfect for SummerCreme Brulee: Rich and decadent vanilla swirled in brown sugarClean Crisp White: Smells like a warm fluffy freshly laundered towelRain: Spring all the way with plenty of ozone
