**Q: How much vitamin D is in this tablet?  Thank you**
A: 150 IU. One "serving" consists of 4 tablets, and therefore contains 600 IU vitamin D(3), as specified on the label.

**Q: I have purchased this vitamin last year, please can you tell me what time the tablets can be stores after bottle is opened?**
A: If you look closely near the top of the bottle, you will see an imprint on the glass that gives you the "use by date". After this date, the product may start to deteriorate. Since you purchased yours in 2013, assuming it was fresh when you bought it, it should be safe to use up to the date shown on the container. After that it should be discarded. Hope this helps!

**Q: Is this vegetarian?**

If you were to look up the health benefits for the main ingredients you would be surprised. If you do decide to purchase a bottle and try it and If you are allergic to Shell Fish, make sure you choose the one that is "Shell Fish Free" like I did.
