The product is the first for my Surface Pro-9. Installation was not as easy as described. Small bubbles dissipated in two days. Sensitivity of touch screen is reasonably good when using a sketching/ painting app. Writing on the screen in a note-taking app also improved a lot as compared with the screen without the film.
