I have purchased over the counter inserts for many years. These are better than any of dozens that I have bought over 20+/- years. My doctors referred me to an orto provider but the inserts were $450.00 a pair and I lost all interest at that price. My Johns Hokpins physical thapist reccomended this brand and I could not be more pleased.
