There are 24 pens but only 12 colours. The package comes with 2 of each. The pens themselves arrived in good shape and all of them write well! The colours are vibrant and don't smear or bleed even for a lefty. The ink makes the pens feel more like a marker than a ballpoint and I'd compare them to several more expensive brands. The fine tip and the pen's shape remind me of more expensive pens that have similar looks and I like them when they work. The downside is that the pens are not reliable. Some of the pens bled out on my fingers during the first few tries and some of the others don't dispense ink consistently.
