Review: Great calming effect! - I've been trying these for a couple of days now and I can honestly say that I love them for several reasons. I've been having pretty bad anxiety while launching my new business and these provide a great calming effect. I take two in the morning before my day job and two at night when I'm working on my business. It's crazy to me that something this natural is this effective. I saw one review that said these pills smell terrible--these pills are comprised of natural ingredients and have an herbal scent. I quite like it. Taking these has no side effects and I don't feel jittery or anything like that. They also help me be able to go to sleep instead of sipping coffee late at night. That another thing--I think the calming affect does help me focus more, but I would say that this is more of a byproduct of taking the supplements. **Q: Are these vegetarian capsules?**
A: No, at this time we are using FDA grade bovine gelatin capsules.

**Q: How many of each ingredient**
A: we use a proprietary blend of the following ingredients: Ginko Biloba - 4:1 extract, Panax Ginseng - 30% extract, Rosemary 4:1 extract,  Rhodiola 4:1 extract, Gotu Kola 4:1 extract, Sage 4:1 extract, Green Tea 20% extract. All of these currently are at 150 mg each per serving. When our current inventory is depleted (approx 1 month) we will be adding Bacopa to our ingredients which will slightly affect the serving size of some of these ingredients. Thank you for your interest in our products.

**Q: Do you use the neurotoxin blue dye for the capsule color? If not what is it exactly?**
A: We are no longer using the blue capsules. We are using clear gelatin. Thank you for your interest in our products.
