The quality has been great up until this last tub. I always mix it with hot coffee and add a little cream at the end. It usually tastes creamy with that hint of vanilla. This last tub, has a metallic taste and the sweetness level is completely off. Customer service was amazing and gave me a refund (I wanted a replacement tub) almost immediately. I really hope this was a snafu because finding a bone broth based protein that doesn’t taste like chicken butt is very difficult.
