I was searching for a 90%+ dark chocolate without much sugar that wasn't waxy like most of the brands in stores. I finally found one! This chocolate is rich and really good. I also loved the subtle crunch from the cocoa. If you are used to milk chocolate the taste is still quite shocking, as it is not sweet at all. But it isn't sour or bitter like most. And especially not waxy and fake feeling in the mouth. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good rich extra dark chocolate.

At first I thought it was a little bitter because I wasn't used to the dark chocolate without the extreme sweet taste but after I had it a few times in the limited quantity after a meal, I found the grit and taste to be an exceptional treat! This is my new favorite treat. The cost is a little much but if I use it as just a limited treat, it is my new favorite :)
