**Q: Can it be rinsed off if a cloth can't get into small areas?**
A: Yes it can. Obviously try and ensure the area can drain and dry off.

**Q: will this work to remove rust from bobbin case that can't be rinsed off?  the bobbin case is vertical so I'd have to spray it in there.**
