When switched on the brush does not turn. do we need a new cleaner head** A: If you have a Curry’s near you. They should have a Dyson specialist there that should be able to help you. As a stone might be stuck in the roller preventing the brushes going around. But if you do need a new one the Weile replacement is ideal. **Q: Will this fit a dyson ball?** A: No idea. It fitted to my Dyson hoover... I don't know anything else, sorry **Q: Could you put a hard floor roller in this so that is interchangeable?** A: Not interchangable.
