Here are the instructions from bottle of "Extreme Dress-it" - Concentrated water base silicone dressing - 
RATIO:  Can be diluted up to 4:1 for interiors and engine dressing.  Dilute 1:1 for economical tire dressing. 

 Highly recommend this product - great stuff!  Hope this helped.

**Q: is  this a blue gel for tires**
A: No this is not a blue gel for tires. It can be used as tire dressing but since Xtreme Dress-It is a water-based, I would recommend it for interiors. It can be used for exteriors and tires but it is a bit tricky to apply. If you want a good tire dressing (blue dressing), you will have to choose: Auto Magic Cool Blue.
