I have used a couple boxes of them already and any problems I encountered was user error - not having to do with the way these mugs are made. However much to my surprise these sublimated wonderful and they cost so much less than the cricut. I took one out of the box, and checked it over and put it side by side with the cricut mug, I also sublimated both at the same time. No difference at all. The quality, size, and shine on this mug actually beats the cricut mug. They are both 11 ounces, but the cricut ones are smaller in diameter. I actually took pics too, to see if I could tell them apart, and stood them side by side. The quality was the same, but the only way I could tell the difference was looking at the bottom of the mug, to see the cricut name. You will not be disappointed in this purchase. I already make a couple more purchases and am happy I did. Are they really sublimation? Or just faking it?** A: These mugs are great. They sublimate really well. They are also well packaged; shipped all the way to the Bahamas with no breakage. I've ordered them twice and plan to order again soon. I highly recommend them. **Q: Can you decorate these with acrylic sharpies? I want to do this with my class if so.** A: I haven't done so myself. I used them with my cricket mug press and infusible ink. I don't see why you couldn't though. They are good quality and I believe you can use permanent markers on just about any mug. ((We've used permanent marker on dollar store mugs before and and than baked them to set the marker)) These mugs are far better than dollar store quality.
