I have it connected to a hot water recirculating pump on my hot water heater. The pump actually has a timer, but it's in the attic with the HWH. I wanted to be able to control it from inside the garage which is where I put this timer, now I don't have to climb up into the attic to make any adjustments for when I want the pump to come on and off.I like the transparent door so you can see when the timer is sending power or not at a glance. So far keeping accurate time and working as I set it.
